On May 8th and 9th, the Lusiaves Group took part in the 24th Nutrition and Food Congress, hosted by the Portuguese Nutrition Association at the Forum Braga, under the theme “The time for nutrition.” This is the largest national event in the field, bringing together over 1,650 professionals, researchers, and representatives from the agri-food sector.

The Group was part of the scientific program with the symposium “Chicken – The Protein that Feeds the Future,” which featured speakers Dina Fernandes, Director of Food Safety, and Carlos Caldeira, Board Member and head of the Processing Centers. The presentation highlighted chicken as an essential, safe, and sustainable protein with high nutritional value, meeting the demands of increasingly conscious consumers.

During the lunch break, Lusiaves hosted a brand activation, allowing attendees to taste Bifrangas, reinforcing the symposium’s message with flavor and innovation.
