The Lusiaves Group has strengthened its position in Spain with the acquisition of Avícola Segoviana through our subsidiary, Oblanca.

We have taken another strategic step to strengthen our presence in Spain. Through our majority stake in the Spanish group Oblanca, the Lusiaves Group now owns 100% of Avícola Segoviana, a food distribution company based in Madrid.

This operation consolidates the Lusiaves Group's internationalization process and underscores our commitment to growth in the Iberian Peninsula.

With 40 years of experience in the sector, Avícola Segoviana operates in food distribution, focusing on high-quality fresh and processed poultry products. It currently employs over 60 people and records a turnover of 9.5 million euros.
