On September 6th, the Lusiaves Group celebrated the spirit that unites us at the SOMOS+ event, a gathering designed to value the people who make a difference every single day.

Amidst smiles, music, and plenty of energy, employees and their families came together for a day dedicated to integration, socializing, and celebrating the unity that defines our organization.

The initiative brought together employees from various units, including the Headquarters, Racentro, Meigal Leiria, Oficinando, and Inogen Vet. Throughout the day, there were activities for all ages: a scavenger hunt, inflatables, face painting, and entertainment provided by a DJ, creating a lighthearted atmosphere full of good cheer.

SOMOS+ reinforced the importance of our people in the daily growth of the Lusiaves Group and highlighted the role of families in supporting and inspiring each employee. This day confirmed that, together, we are stronger, closer, and more united, reflecting the values that define us as an organization.
