Throughout February and March, the Grupo Lusiaves People Management team attended several job fairs, reinforcing our commitment to attracting and developing new talent.

On February 18, we participated in the 15th edition of MecanIST at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, as part of the IST Career Weeks. This event helped bridge the gap between students and the job market, showcasing Grupo Lusiaves as a potential future employer.

On February 24 and 25, we attended the Business Week at Coimbra Business School (ISCAC), where we also took part in the opening session alongside various institutional entities, strengthening our presence within the academic community.

On February 26, the team attended the UBI Employability Days, where our colleagues Mónica Pinto and Diana Coutinho presented opportunities at Grupo Lusiaves to engineering students.

On March 2, we participated in the Engineering Days 2026 at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), with colleagues Paula Henriques and Ricardo Lima, at an event that brought together students from various engineering fields.

On March 11, we were at the AEISA Summit at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia in Lisbon, the largest university job fair in the fields of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.

On March 12, the School of Management and Technology of the Polytechnic of Santarém hosted the INTEGRA Job Fair, where our recruitment team was present with the goal of introducing final-year students to the work environment at Grupo Lusiaves,
